Fedexing tickets

always get our annual passes fedexed here to the uk, information says yes they do it but drop down bar says kiosk says ticket window pick up is the only choice

Emailed them but no reply
 
They've changed their policy for APs. I believe you can only get them at the park now whether it is the kiosk of the ticket window.
 

Problem was the person who was paying for the tickets wouldn't be st the gate and unsure if you had to have the credit card that purchased the tickets
 
I would say call the park's Guest Services and see what they recommend. Unless there is a way to put in a pick-up name, I'm not sure how that works. Usually they want to scan the card that they were purchased with, and if you do not have that usually a photo ID. That wouldn't help as that person will not be there.

Hopefully someone else can help you there, as we have not done it that way before.

Call guest services
They will give you correct and current information
 
That why they have ticket window pickup. If you don't have the credit card, just bring your ID to the ticket window.
 
I have emailed them, really expensive to phone from the uk but will if dont get a response from email
 
you should get a reply within 24 hours once you send the email to guest services.
add on a bit more time due to the time difference.
