You can send FedEx packages right from the business center at Beach/Yacht Club.

FYI ~ from Disney website.

Please note that a $5 per package handling fee will apply to all packages that are received through the Front Desk or are delivered to your Disney Resort hotel room.

This was started awhile back. It is per package/box. I was at hotel when a couple were melting down because they had about 20 boxes on a bell cart they were picking up and being told $100 fee applied.
