Fed up with neighbors

I moved into my apartment on campus two weeks ago, and I'm sick of the guys right about our apartment. We pay a pretty penny to live here, and I'm sick of them. They open their sliding door NONSTOP. Like Open. shut. open shut etc at least 4 times a minute. Its super loud, and keeps me up. They do this until 6am. Along with other loud activites. Also they smoke, and not only does this mean I cannot open our windows, their butts fall on our patio. We aren't even support to have cigs on campus at all!

I've complained to them and the RA and nothing. I'm thinking of putting the butts in a box with a box and putting it outside their door? I just... want sleep!

I'll have to try. I'm thinking of contacting the campus police as its a campus wide ban? Its just so disgusting. I want to take their door off the hinge too!
