February - School Hols in the US??????

Looking to start planning our Jan/Feb 2009 trip and believe that there are a couple of weeks in Feb where schools out in the US.

Can anyone let me know which weeks these are?

No weeks that I know of in early February but Presidents Day is often a long weekend, for the 3rd Monday in the month.

We've been twice in February, and it's gotten very busy during presidents week. Also there are a lot of cheerleaders/baton twirlers/cute teen girl types aroud the parks for the chreerleeding etc championships, we had a lot staying at Port Orleans one year, and they practiced a lot at all times of day.
I didn't mind this but it may annoy some - not teen boys obviously
