F&G is starting this year in March, so be prepared to book at 11 months if your dates are close to those of the start dates for this year's event.

Flower and Garden does start on March 1st -so if you were looking to go for some type of event this might make it worthwhile. If you google some images Epcot looks truly amazing!!. March is spring break time for many - i think more mid to end of the month. So if you planned the first week of march you could possible hit a good time with flower and garden and avoiding the crazy spring breakers. You could look at some crowd calendars to get a better idea of the worst part of that month.

Checked UCT crowd calendar and it states to avoid most is not all for US/IOA for last week in March and weekends for MK.
So it looks like last part of February to first part of March.
Thanks :flower3:

Hi OP: We are 2 adults too who have been to WDW many times. We have not stayed in Feb or March before, UNTIL now:)
We are going to WDW on Feb 6th thru 16 this year for the first time in February! We only have 10 days or so left before we fly out. Can't wait. We usually go in November, the first 2 weeks, and wanted to try something different, ie: without Christmas decorations and crowds.
I am hoping it will be fine. Not sure what to pack for the weather? I am an overpacker anyway, and am worried I am packing too much. I'm taking shorts (it's in the 80's now in Florida), capris, and slacks with t shirts, long sleeve tee's and a couple of sweaters. I admit it is a little more complicated with all the extra packing, but we are really looking forward to it.
I will write a trip report when I get back - first one ever! Look for one titled something like this: 2 adults do WDW first time in February".

I've been down a few times in February. Be prepared for cooler and/or warmer temperatures. I like the lower crowds of the off season although it's not as low as it used to be. Being from the Northeast I've been able to hit the pools and get a little sun. Nice break from cold and snow. As long as you're prepared for the fluctuations in weather. I recommend it.

My wife and I often go in February (flying down on 2-6 this year). It's usually in the 70's during the day. Most days are nice and sunny. Being from the north, we tend to think of 70 degree days as days to wear shorts and T shirts. We bring long pants and long sleeve shirts for the cooler (50's) evenings. There was one visit when we saw 50's degree days during the day for a few days. The Floridians were wearing winter coats. My wife and I, wearing long sleeve shirts and jeans, thought that was pretty funny. Check weather.com a few days before you go. They have a 15 day forecast that should give you a good idea of what's in store, weather-wise. Right now, they say the week of 2-6-17 has highs ranging from 67 to 80, and lows from 48 to 56.
