February/March discounts

hello!
I'm toying with the idea of doing a trip to UA and Disney in February or March of next year. I know the prices haven't come out her, but I was wondering
1- when do prices for the next year typically come out?
2- what are the discounts/deals that typically happen in February or March?
My dates aren't set in stone. It would be whatever would get me the best deal, but wanted to hopefully do mid-late February or early March.
