Universal's hours are usually posted pretty far in advance, but the hours for February 2007 aren't up yet :confused3 .

Does anyone know when they plan on posting them?? It would help me with my planning if I knew the hours.

Thanks!

Wild guess here, don't quote me but I am thinking maybe 9-6 or 9-7. (based on the 2/06 hours)

I do think the Mardi Gras starts in mid February and that may give you another hour until 8pm.

Anyone else? :confused3

Sounds about right. The parks close early, but, crowds are very light, and all rides are usually working at this time, even the water rides. Temps are 55-75, perfect weather most of the time. Wear long pants with a light jacket in the morning, then in the afternoon, you can take off the jacket.
When the parks close at 6pm, you go to dinner and relax.
The other thing to remember, is the parks still open at 9am sharp, and it's a ghost town. This is the perfect time to take a lap of walk on rides. You can get thru all of IOA before noon, then head over to USF.

Thanks for the the information. I was thinking they would close at 6 or 7 except for the nights of Mardi Gras.

But we're going during Presidents weekend (2/16-2/19) so I'm thinking the hours may be later and the crowds not so light.

I'm hoping they have a Mardi Gras on Saturday 2/17 so we can see the parade.

Does anyone know when they usually post the hours for February???

Can you tell me how crowded Universal will be in early February?
We hope to visit Feb. 11 and 12th for 2 days before we head back to Canada.

February has very light crowds, it's the best time to visit.

The parks will open at 9am. Be at the gate when they do. The parking garage will open at 8am. It's cool to show up at 8am, walk thru Citywalk, and be first to the gate. At 08:30am, a large crowd forms.

You'll get on all the rides with little or no wait. Don't let that fool you. For some reason, people think the park needs to be packed to have a good time. Not true. Enjoy the short waits and know you're getting a great deal for coming in February. In the afternoon the wait times go up to 20 minutes as more people show up.

Parks close at 6pm, then you can head to Citywalk to eat dinner.

Pools at the onsite hotels are heated, so you can probably go swimming.
