February Exercise UPDATE P.33 POST 486

45 minutes for me today. tried out lots of exercise equipment at the store. loved the elliptical, but no $$ for that right now. must save up. that was "fun" in a barbaric kinda way! told dh we ought to just go to the sports store 3 times a week for 30 minutes and say we're "just looking" ;)


I'm up to 365/600
 
I didn't make it to the gym yesterday, but I did do my Cardio Sculpt DVD, which is 45 minutes.

Didn't get to the gym today, but I don't think I needed to. I spent 2 hours outside shoveling snow and cleaning off the cars. I'm pooped!
Please add 120 minutes for me.

I didn't workout for 3 days in a row (Thurs-Sat), but yesterday I got off my butt and got back on track. Did 40 minutes 3 mile WATP.

Well my internet was messing up yesterday so I didn't get a chance to post yesterday's exercise. So.....

I did 60 minutes yesterday and 40 minutes today for a total of 415/700.
 
put me down for another 40 minutes.

20 minutes on our new total gym
20 minutes on our new "jumprope" dvd from gofit.net (bought at walmart)

that puts me at 405/600 :)
 
I know it is already the 2/12/06...but just found the Dis Wish today! Can I still join in the Feb. Exercise Challenge?

I am going to act like you went ahead and said "yes". If I have to go back and retract this later I can...

I think I am doing this right...
Since I am starting mid month I am going to figure it a little less than most of you. I am aiming for 900 minutes! 15 Days x 60 min. a day. Maybe I can even beat it!

Now I have a question: When I update this challenge, do I need to tell you what exercise I did each time...or just the amount of minutes? Doesn't matter to me, just don't want anyone to get on me later for doing it wrong! :scared:
 
Another 40 minutes for me, bringing me to 205/800.

Welcome! You can join us any time you want! Aslo, report your minutes any way you want. Many people like to report the specific exercise because it keeps them accountable, but it's up to you. I have joined every challenge since we started. I used to post the details, but I haven't had much online time lately so I have just been posting my totals.

My current total is 850/2000. I will have to keep moving the next 2 days to stay on track! This short month does make a difference! No time for slacking! :earseek:

themudd4 -- welcome to the challenge! Feel free to post whatever you want whenever you want. I think a lot of people post what kind of exercise they have done so that they can keep track, kind of like an exercise journal. Just be sure to post your total minutes so I can update you as frequently as you want.

Couldn't get out to the gym because of the snow :cold: but that's what workout dvd's are for! Did Billy's Bootcamp. :yay: I'm now at 610/1200! Over halfway now. :cool1:
 
I am thrilled to report I got myself out of bed and into the snow this morning to go to the gym. Did weight training and TM for a total of 75 minutes, bringing me to 500/1000
 
For the first time in a looooong time, I actually did my Pilates Sculpt DVD on Sunday! And boy are my hamstrings and glutes letting me know about it... I have reached the halfway mark! :woohoo:

Things have been so crazy for me that I have not had a chance to get over here....so here I am.

As of today I am at 390/1000. I need to kick it up a notch if I am going to meet my goal....

Well, gang, I'm joining in halfway through this month - better late than never, right?!
My WISH bio: I did the August, September, October, and November WISH Exercize challenges last year and fell off the wagon for my Christmas/NY Disney trip! Unofficially kept it up in January as much as I could. Now am ready to jump back into training for an upcoming ski trip!
Put me down for 1000! The initial total reflects what I've done so far in February (see signature for updates to my total, please!)
 
Add another 60 min advanced TaeBo plus 15 min of weights for me today. Yay, almost halfway there!
