I can't believe January is almost history and February is upon us! It's National HEART month, so take care of yours by getting it moving!! One of my favorite quotes, tho I don't know the source (may even be someone on here) is : "The thumping inside your chest when you exercise is your heart applauding"

Even though it's a short month, I'm still in for 1500. How about YOU????

I forgot to mention in my post on the Jan thread my interesting exercise day yeaterday. We went ziplining right here in central FL! It's right in St Cloud, the zipline course just opened this month! We had an absolutely awesome time and I could not believe how tired I was when we were done! It was a great way to spice up my exercise routine, that's for sure!

I'm in too! Put me down for 900 minutes and 70 miles. I would do a bit more but I have a little vacation in the middle of the month. I know I'll get in tons of walking but I have no way of measuring it so......... Besides, who actually exercises at WDW? Doing the parks all day is tiring enough.
 
I'm in for 1200. Lots happening in Feb to deter my focus so I hope this will keep me on task.

I'm shooting for 700 this month. I didn't quite meet my 500 last month, but only because I was at WDW for a week, and of course I had trouble getting back in the routine when we got home. Now that we've been home for a week, I need to get moving!
 
This is my first month signing up for this, so I'm going to start off kinda easy...500 minutes!! I guess I'll follow along with the rest of you to see how often to update.

Hi, I would like to join in starting in February.

I would like to commit to 1500 minutes.

I want to run in the 2010 Disney Princess Half Marathon... after I loose 40 pounds.

I'd like to try this too! I'll start with 700 mins. I don't know if this is too much or too little, but we'll start here.
 
We had a nice day temp wise here so got in a great walk. Today is to be near 60 degrees so planning on another today.
