Since I haven't seen one of these in awhile...

Whose going next month?

We are leaving on the 16th and driving down straight through to San Diego. Going to stay with family the first night and go to SD Zoo on the 17th, Seaworld on the 18th and then drive up to Anaheim that night and check in at Desert Inn. Then 19th through 22nd we will be at Disneyland. We drive home on 23rd. This will be our frist time during President's week but my kids have that whole week off school and with all of them in school full time now we are forced to work around their vacations.

We have to really cherish this trip too because it will be our last for awhile. Our passes expire in June and we won't be renewing :( because our next trip likely won't be till next Feb. We also had to cancel our Disney World trip for this November because finances are just too tight.

I am really bummed cuz we usually only go once every 3 years and haven't been since 05 and now I don't know WHEN we will get to go back. Plus even though we have been to DL 4 times this year now it will be a year before we get back so I am going to go through MAJOR withdrawals and it also means no trip during the holidays for the first time since 03 so I am going through a little saddness but I am really excited about our upcoming trip and because I know it will be the last one for awhile I plan to make it a great one!

So who is with me?

We're going 2/1 - 2/9!! Myself, DH, and DGD,5. My first trip back in 20 years! Can't wait & it's almost time to pack!! These boards have been really helpful in catching me up on what to see & do. Thanks Guys!

I'm taking my dd for her 6th birthday. I do one-on-one trips with all my kids for their 6th birthday. This will be the last one. :(

We'll be there the Feb 10-13.

I'll be there from 2/15-2-18 Can't wait to get my Diz fix. Planning a trip to WDW in October :)

We're going Feb 2-6th. We've never been to DL and I'm so excited. It will be an awesome trip all the way around! :)

We'll be there the 20-24! We are totally taking advantage of and enjoying my oldest doing homeschool this year. We are able to do family things whenever we want, and she can do school wherever we go.

I'm going February 23 - 27 for a special event hosted by another message board. I am looking forward to staying at GCH, but not the 6:55 am flight out....

We will be there 2/8-2/10.. Staying at the PPH to celebrate my sister's 35th birthday... If you see us, please say HI  I have been looking for other dissers out there with their LGMH.. :upsidedow

I'll be there with my DD4 and two friends with their DD4s Feb 15-19. I've already started packing!:rotfl2: I just can't wait!!!!!!!

I'll play. We'll (me, DH and DD15) be there from Feb 21 to 29. First time to DL. DD and I have been to WDW 3 times. DH came with us last March for the first time and loved it. This trip is his idea!!!

I'm planning on 2 day trips in Feb. Either Mondays or Wednesdays we go. Maybe we'll see each other there!! :)

I'll be there Feb 10 - 18th at the DLH. I'm going with my DBF, his parents and little sister. My DBF says I shouldn't start packing until Feb, but little does he know there's already stuff in my suit case:rotfl:

I was planning a trip for the family in May, and DH suggested I take DS3 and go now. I thought he was trying to get out of the May trip and protested, and he said, "No, I mean do both! I just think you need a break right now. I can't get away from work, and we're already planning to take DS7 out of school for May, but why don't you and DS3 go now?"

I'm sure I looked something like this: :sad2:   :) :yay:

Now I'm booked/committed, very excited, and a little nervous to be taking my wild 3yo on my own! :scared: :rotfl:

PS. I'll be wearing a LGMHPC tag with my name on it on my backpack. Say howdy if you see us!

Wow! How nice!

Was DS7 jealous?!

Alex2KMommy...
That is so funny. I don't get to Disneyland very often from up here near Seattle but I think I remember the last time I went down you were there too. Evidently we have equal tolerance for grey Seattle winters!:goodvibes

We are Leaving Saskatchewan on February 16th. Arriving in Anahiem on the 17th. We are planning a shopping day on the 18th. DLR on the 19&20, 22,24 and 25 knotts on the 21&23, Sea world on the 26 and Sandiego zoo on the 27, Shopping on the 28 and then two days to get back home.!

I worried about that, and told Dh that I wasn't going to go if it was going to bother DS7. He said he'd talk with him at bedtime (they have a nightly snuggle session.)

The next morning I hadn't had a chance to talk with DH before he went to work. When I picked DS7 up from school he said, "You know what, Mama? Daddy and I think you should take [DS3] to Disneyland. You need a break." I asked him why he thought I needed a break, and he said, "Because you work really hard taking care of me and [DS3.]" (I could just hear DH telling him this.) :rotfl:

I asked, "Won't it bother you not to go?" and he said no, because all of us will go in May, "and besides, Daddy and I are going to have lots of fun playing video games and playing Monopoly and stuff." I nearly cried it was so sweet!
