Dee, what time are you actually hitting the road?

In order to enhance our 100 page effort.....

I am at work. I have done all the absolutely life and death things, have most fires under control (at least the fires I am currently aware of) have handed off the few things I can and have reviewed the auditor's list for when I return countless times...... I've checked my white boards twice.....

And its not 5 PM yet... or even 4:40..... AUGH! I am so ready to go home!!!!!

Anyone out there with me?

Dee, what time are you actually hitting the road?

DH gets home from school about 5:30pm. We then have to throw everything in the car. Eat, get teh kids in their PJ's because we drive straight on 'till morning just like Peter Pan to Neverland.

Based on our previous trips anywhere...we never get out even clsoe to our schedule! So, maybe 8pm but I hope not. I want to get on the road with a little light left in the day.

Go DEE!!!! You can do it! I'll think about you driving and send positive energy while I am finishing the packing and all of that!

Its almost here!!! WHEEE!!!!

Keep cheering me on! It is working!!!

I've got our Friday/Sat. bag packed. I have our ready to swim bag packed for the first hours of the crusie.

PTO is done! I only have one biz call left to make!

Getting our paperwork togther now.

Just a really quick check in with all and plus another post to the 100 page mark. Wonder how long it will take us to get to the 100 drink count on the ship???? LOL DH & I don't drink too much but then again, we aren't the captain and we aren't driving on the trip! This will be fun!

I'm going crazy packing here. How many of you have packed, weighed and re-weighed your bags umpteen times to check the bag weight???? Before all this weight stuff it was much easier to pack and go. All this will be but a passing thing and we'll soon be on board.

I don't drink "real" grown up drinks anymore but if smoothies, ice tea, virgin drinks and water count - I'd say I'll reach the 100 mark by the 3rd day the latest. I'll just make believe it has the good stuff in it

I had some opportunbity to multi task. I was stoked. I really wanted to make each family a Disney and Favorite song CD. I got my play list perfectly selected (by my standard) and placed the first CD in and I selected Burn...DH must have switched out the drives and I can't make the cd's.

So, you all just have to listen to me all week long sing every song from the playlist. I'll have a schedule on my door. Come and sign up for when you want me to come and give you your "LIVE" CD

i dont drink either BUT i will most certainly have some YUMMY protein shakes with me if you want to partake! LOL i can only imagine no takers on that either.....


i am doing my part to get to the big 100!

i am OFF FROM WORK! i had a comp day since i worked on MLK day and i am using it for tomorrow! last chance workout, hair, brows, spray tan, get kids, chiropractor and last minute packing! WOOHOOOOOO

Honestly, I don't know how any of you got yourselves ready with working full time, full time parenting and this!

My responsibilities outside of the house are part-time and probably don't even add up to a 20 hour week.

All of this time and still not ready. Too much of this I guess.

DS, DD and DH are packed up...with just small things needed to do and then there's me. At this point it will not pretty or appetizing for anyone if I don't get my clothes packed. So far I'm ready to get on the ship and go to the pool and eat at Palo's. ANything else is my own personal nudist colony and I'M NOT up for that

OK - off to get myself packed, well not me...my clothes.

I'll try a protein shake if it gives me extra energy and makes me feel like I'm doing something good for myself. DH likes them a lot.

Dee, you are so brave to drive all night! My parents did that back when I was in high school. My mom and I took turns driving. We made it to Georgia and couldn't take it anymore. And that was from VIRGINIA! I can't imagine doing it coming from that much further north. You go girl!

And like I said several pages back, be sure to wave at me when you pass my exit!

We don't drink much either. However I plan to down a few while we're on the ship and on the beach. I'll be tipsy after three or four sips so watch out.

I've only flown twice to Florida, honeymoon and one time when my parents gave DH and I and my brither and his family the trip as a gift.

I've driven it now 7 times. My kids are wonderful in the car! The older I get the more I do feel the pain of driving all night and not sleeping until we reach our Florida destination. I feel hung over and didn't get to enjoy any drinks to make me feel that way.

How cool that Al and SUe are able to still communicate with us. He's making very good time!

Which exit again is yours? My family begins to stir toward the end of Virginia. Maybe I'll wake them sooner to say hello!

We're exit 47 off 95 in Virginia. We're exit 3 off 295 if you decide to avoid Richmond.

In the continued effort to fill 100 pages....

This has been really fun. I will truly miss it on the flipside....

The group truly rocks and while meeting new people always adds a little stress, I am happy to think I'll see faces I recognize after our meet as I wind my way through my week....

Ok, almost everyone it getting on there way by tonight or Friday at the lastest for all that live some distance away. Safe travels.

We have been enjoying WDW so far, it was very cold this morning but this afternoon it is becomming much more pleasant. I was able to take the scarf off my head. The wind is what acutally make me feel worse. When we stood in the sun and protected from the wind it was a clear blue sunny day a beautiful.

I'm in the room taking a in a little work detail, they know I'm still reachable so working on a couple work things, make me a little less stressed by doing it.

DD is out walking around SSR check out the boat launch and the empty pool no one is swimming and the water parks are closed, hummm I wonder why.

Only a few more pages. I'll keep adding a few posts here and there.

Oh by the way, I shipped my FE gifts, they got to the hotel as planned and made it fully intacked, Now I have to figure out how to get everything on ship easy. Need an EASY Button.

Kids are home now from school so things have begun to crawl. They are so excited they are under foot. I keep trying to give tehm busy work. Not working yet I'm trying to be good!
