I saw it in the theater too. I loved it! Christian Bale is HOT and Heath Ledger's performance was amazing. I think Bale overdid the Batman voice a little this time though - that was kind of distracting, but he can get away with it 'cause he's just too darn good looking! I'm excited to see it again, just not excited enough to freeze to death while watching it (a perfect place for that snowsuit smiley we don't have
!) You know how when you watch a movie the second time you always catch little bits that you missed the first time - yeah, I'm looking forward to that.

Great! I'll probably end up leaving them in the goodie bags then, I'll just have to be careful with that bag. Since we're driving it'll be easier to keep them safe. But I feel better knowing everyone will have a back up glow

Me too, I really wanted to do brunch. Dinner is out because we will eat as a family every night and I really couldn't even think about having two dinners - I was so stuffed every night on the last cruise I almost had to roll back to the room - can you say no willpower
! I could've gotten a ressie for brunch for just me, but I figured that would be kind of rude to my parents - "Oh yeah, I'm going to the special adult only restaurant for brunch so you just figure out something to do on your own" - can you imagine
. My dad's a pretty particular eater so he won't care, but I thought it would be something nice for me and my mom to do. I'm hoping to get a ressie for either brunch or tea for us two when we get on board, but if I don't get one, I won't be too upset. Like everyone else says - missing Palo just means we'll have to cruise again

Our county decided just before the holidays that inauguration would now be a new school holiday. So Payton had a four day weekend, the lucky duck! Back to school tomorrow for him.

Awesome! I always wanted to be able to ice skate (well), but I could only go forward and I still have to grab the wall to stop! No one has ever accused me of being graceful that's for sure

I noticed those tastings on the same days too. Actually, it looked to me like there was four in one day, but two at a time (I think margarita and tequila were at the same time and then the beer and martini were at the same time - something like that) I thought, they either dont count on many people wanting to do both or they really want to get us all drunk so well spend more money - probably the latter!
