I am sending my wife and 2 boys on this cruise 2/3/14 and possibly 2/7 B2B if I can swing it, while daughter and I stay home. My wife is interested in the meets deal and how it works if anyone can explain that would be great.

We saw quite a few FE's on our last cruise and would like to know how that works too.

Hopefully daughter and I will make the next available for us and be on the 5 day western on the Wonder 4/2014

The meet part is easy, really. We just all chat about past cruises or answer questions about anything and everything for those that haven't ever cruised. We'll eventually plan an actual meet for embarkation day. Nice to meet up so there are familiar faces at events. Kids have familiar faces in the kid's clubs.

The FE works like a secret santa. Sorta. The only rule is that you have fun with it. You make or buy a pocket thing to hang on the fish and make or buy little trinkets to give to the other people in the group.

How old are your kiddos? I'm also having to leave one of mine behind also, which makes me sad. My 4 year old twin boys will be on this cruise.

We are refugees from the 10/21/2014 5 night magic cancelled cruise. Received the email cancellation from DCL today, so I booked this 4 night cruise. Happy to be joining this group.
