Short answer is YES and NO . . .

Yes you can lock your luggage. If you use one of the new TSA approved locks, then the TSA can open the locks if they need and will re-lock them. If you use an old lock, then you are taking a chance. If the TSA must open your bag, then the lock is cut and discarded. In either case, if your bag was opened for inspection, then you will get a note inside it from the TSA.

For all you February 25thers-
Can you please do me a favor. I was suppose to be on your cruise... but I had to change due to a family emergency.

After following this board, I know that there is about 250 DISers on board.. when you meet by Goofy's Galley, could you look for Peter from Poland and tell him that Arica (pronounced Erica) says hello and see if he got my thank you note.

Also, if you play Bingo, make sure to say hi to Lucky Phil and ask him to update on Disboards about him and Karen (people are waiting for updates), who is the assistant cruise director!

Change my mind, was out & bought 3 of the Travel Sentry Certified locks.. this way "if" they do open it, it will still be protected

Thanks!! I never expected it! Let's have a 100 page party on board the Magic!! This is such a GREAT group! I have noticed that there are some threads older than ours that don't have nearly as many posts as we do. I can't imagine going on a cruise with a nicer group!! Can't wait to meet ALL of you!! Let's race to 1500!! One more excuse for a party ( like we really need an excuse!! )

OMG!! We are officially leaving tomorrow!! In 35 1/2 hours we will be on our way to the airport. This trip seemed so far away and now it is here!! Yikes!! I haven't even packed yet!! It is going to be a looooong night. I hope those beds at the Motel 6 are comfortable!!

Ok, I have to go to bed. The girls and I are meeting my mother and sister for lunch tomorrow. Met my sister for dinner tonight for Chinese and we shared a scorpion bowl (just preparing for the cuise!! ), so I am ready for bed! I hope I am not this tired on the cruise after one drink!! Jeff, are you and your whole clan flying down together? I am meeting Kathy at the baggage area after we land(we get in at 6), so you should all head on over if you can for a pre-cruise meet! Heck, my family and I may bump into all of you at Logan! We are on American at 2:51, so we'll be in the same terminal. Just keep an eye out for the Mickey pins!

Anyone else that is landing around 6 or so tomorrow night? If you get a chance, head on over to the middle of baggage claim and say hi!!

Talk about close!!! I ordered them 2 weeks ago and they just got here TODAY on the last day of getting mail before leaving!!! I was preparing to go out and go buy a couple and so didn't want to have to do that. Whew!

MOIRA, I can't believe we are on the same flight!! How cool is that? This time tomorrow we'll all be sitting in the seating area at the airport waiting for our flight!!

Jeff I can't see that webcam pick of the other beach.. just a little X in a box. Maybe the camera is down right now? The weather sure does look dismal for our week away... I hope the sun decides to shine at some point and more than anything, I hope the seas are calm!!!

Oh... and guess what? The bathings suits don't fit!! ARGGGGG!!! Now I still have to go out and get one from SOMEWHERE!!! At least we are out of here tomorrow and on to meeting great new friends
