I know I was thinking that myself!! I am looking forward to our meet up!!

I'm so jealous of you guys with shorter days than me! 18 days for us. My friend and her family just got back so her stories have me really pumped up. I'm trying to decide if I should bring 2 strollers or not. I have an almost 2 year old (we'll bring her's of course) and an almost 6 year old that is fine walking but I'm thinking it might be nice to have another one just in case she gets tired especially since we have a 1 mile trek back to our hotel. What are thoughts on older kids in the strollers. usually I would tell her, just walk and get over it LOL. but I have a feeling she will be exhausted.

our first trip, my kids were 5.5 years and 18 months. we took a stroller and an Ergo carrier (weight tested up to 90 pounds). every trip since then, we've done the same and it works our very well.

2 more days until I am in DL!! :woohoo:

I am staying at a hotel at the airport the night before so my vacation actually starts tomorrow evening :banana:

Two sleeps and then we are on the road!!

Leaving on Wed.:banana:with my daughter a 3 grandsons ages 8, 4, and 8 months. My 8 year old GS has been twice and the other 2 never. I'mlooking forward to seeing my 4 year old GS's face. We are staying at my parents in Fullerton. Can't wait. This was kind of a last minute trip.

:woohoo::woohoo:

we got most of our packing done today! just the last minute stuff to pack on Thursday morning!

You are far better than I am. I still need to do one more load of laundry and I am waiting for Scotty to get home first because the jacket I want to wash is in it.:rotfl:

:laundy:

My friend and I will be there on the 23rd! Yikes, it is going by so fast, there is a lot to do before then! I will be gone for a whole month away from home! Two weeks of that will be visiting my niece and her family in CO. I'm looking forward to the entire trip, part plane, part train, part van, part bus, all fun! ;)

We are back, and oh my gosh was it warm!! My dd spent a lot of time splashing around in the fountains in Bugs Land. Not quite as warm at night, but fairly comfortable. Crowds were higher on the weekdays than we have ever seen before, but manageable. Friday was busy. The stores were so crowded on the way out of the park that we ended up not buying as many souvenirs as usual, probably not a bad thing. :lmao:
We loved the new Little Mermaid ride and walked on almost every time. Star Tours was awesome, but even with a FP we had a long wait. And the fireworks were as wonderful as always.
All and all we had a blast, but we will try to find a time of year with even lower crowds for our next trip. If that's possible. :confused3

Wow it seems like everyone is so close to leaving! I have 13 days still. I'm starting my listmaking today LOL.

Dizzy4DL- Glad you got great weather. I'm hoping for the same. I picked February because I thought crowds would be lower and now they're doing the leap day thing while we're there. UGH, maybe I should go back to October dates hehe.

We are back too. Weather was perfect on Friday, Saturday and Sunday - partly sunny skies - perfect t shirt and capris weather. Monday was cooler, with some rain. It was BUSY. I was surprised! We definitely used the fast pass tips I learned from here! Stayed at the HoJo and it was great. Very nice staff. We had a great (though tiring!) trip.

We are here at the beautiful Ayres Hotel. The park was so nice today and it is supposed to be slow for the next couple of days. We are loving it!!!
