Im booked for Feb 6-13 @ Fort Wilderness cabins
Booked ADR today over phone. Little dissappointed CP is being renovated and will have to to LTT for our MK character lunch. I was told it would be the LTT characters NOT Pooh characters =( I might have to change this to 1900 Park Fair Dinner.

Thanks, Yoda. I've also heard that FF is a very LOUD restaurant. Did you think it was overbearing. This is the night that the G-parents have agreed to mind the kids so DW and I can eat dinner alone. It doesn't have to be romantic, but we want good food since this won't be on the DP. We thought about Yachtsman, since we ate there on our first anniversary (and this will be for 19th), but thought the Boardwalk would be more fun before/after dinner since we'll leave the family behind at Studios.

It wasn't quiet like Narcoossees or V&A but it wasn't as loud as California Grill. We were seated at a 2 seater towards the back of the restaurant. Only time we really heard noise was when 1 family had a child that was way past their threshold for the day and they wanted to go back to the room then. The family had their desserts by then so it wasn't too bad. Sadly - that can happen at almost any restaurant nowadays. Its still on the lower end of the noise spectrum of the Signatures though.

We booked for 2/13-2/19. We are staying at the Boardwalk Villas.
I really had no problem either making my ADRs. We are eating at Le Cellier for Valentines Day (perfect and a must have every trip). Ohana, Yak & Yeti, Hollywood and Vine, and our first time at the Hoop de Doo Revue.
I am so excited for my Birthday trip. And our first time in Feb.

List updated. Try and avoid DHS on Saturday and Sunday as the National High School Cheerleading Championships are at both WWoS and DHS. They also use DHS as a transportation hub, so the park tends to be busy.

Is there a place to find a list of conventions and activities? I know for Vegas I can get one on the Visitors Bureau or whatever it's called.

I saw on the TP crowd calendar that one of our days is listed as an 8 because of the superbowl?!

I found one one time and haven't been able to find one since. Most of the big shows at the Orange County Convention Center are in January. There sometimes are some big trade shows at the Swan/Dolphin, but they don't really affect park attendance.

I'll look around and see what I can find.

The competition runs friday-sunday, the 5th-7th. The mostly stay at All Stars and i think CBR.....isn't that where you're staying? I haven't heard of too many complaints about them at CBR as it's more expensive to stay there.

just try and steer clear of DHS especially on Sat/Sun. the 5-7th is the National College Dance Team Championships. Hopefully, better behaved. Not as many guys and girls mixed so maybe not as much noise...

We're doing DHS on the 4th, so it shouldn't be too bad.

We are going Feb 2-11. Dh will be back from Iraq for 2 weeks and wants to take the kids someplace special. He will know 100% next week if it is a go. We have reservations at FW cabins and several ADRs already booked. Once he gives me the final thumbs up - we will look into the airfare.

Kids thought he was coming back in March - so they don't know... They know we were considering a Disney trip in March - but I have continued to tell them, "We'll see what we can afford" They will also get to see their grandparents they haven't seen in about 4 yrs. I suspect my 10yr old might be onto me though... LOL!

yes....the cheerleader's weren't too bad in the parks. I just never want to be on a bus with a group of them again.
No one can seriously be the peppy at 7:30 a.m., not even in the happiest place on earth!

I'm so greatful for our military and their families.
