So happy, I can relax now and stop compulsively checking my email. Unless of course, I am checking for a pin code!

OK, I have been lurking on this board. I have ressies for Feb3-8 at WL (package). I am a Disney visa cardholder. For the rates, do I call VISA to see what the special is or do I call WDW, and what do I say (sometimes the CM's are rude , esp. if you are not exactly sure how to word something ). Do I have to cancel then rebook, can I find out how much the package is at another resort? HELP!!!

Thanks in advance - always enjoy saving $$$$$$

P.S. Do you think it's worth getting the water parks in Feb/ too cold or not?

I'm in, I'm in. I just called and changed my reservation. It was a $350.00 savings for me. I have two rooms booked at POP. The only problem was that the code is good for standard rooms and I had preferred booked. That's OK, I gladly changed to a standard room and free park hoppers. For my family of five on just the park hoppers that saves me $150.00.

94 days and counting!

Call Walt Disney World, tell them you would like to see if the code is better than your current reservation. Tell them the code and that you are a Disney Visa holder. You shouldn't have a problem after that. I didn't!

Shelley I just called and had the most wonderful cast member help me. If you get a rude one just make an excuse to get off the phone and call right back. They have so many agents that you will get another one.

I did not have to cancel or rebook my trip. She just added the code to my reservation. You don't call Disney VISA you just call Disney Reservations and give them the code. Good luck.

I agree. I actually thought about not switching my reservations (but only for a minute). I'm just hoping to get a close enough room....well two rooms.

The email I just got has MLK weekend blacked out & says 01/01-01/17, 1/21-2/13 as the available dates.

And FYI--the CRO had to cancel my room only and change to package with new confirmation number. She was super nice tho--and made sure it was a good deal for me before she canceled the first one.

No don't wait!!!
Just call with the 3 digit code I posted earlier (pick the one you want) and then have them add it to your reservation. If you wait, the "limited number of rooms" may be a problem.
(I never got an email either. )

Shelly just scroll up a few posts. They posted the codes on this page. The one I just used was ZXE which in the basic package without dining. Free park hoppers and water park fun.

ETA~I just checked my emails and I still don't have one from Disney Visa. Oh well, at least I got in on the deal.

Well, the CR and GF were not available for our dates. At least I got the AAA rate (which is actually better than the discount for the GF). Still waiting to see if AP comes out. If not, I'll add the DDP to our package with our AAA agent.

OK, folks!!!!!! I called and they didn't have anything at the WL (where I was already booked), but they moved me to a studio villa for $182.00 less and upgraded the passes to include H20 parks and D Quest. Did I do the right thing by moving to the villa??!!!!!!!!! I hope so!! I am so excited.

FYI, a few months ago when a prior Visa code came out, I didn't get the email until the end of the day, although everyone here already knew about it first thing in the morning.
