Ok! The FE spreadsheet has been updated to include a latecomers list to the bottom of the spreadsheet. For the original group, please use column C to indicate if you will be participating in the latecomers list as well, and then include those folks at the bottom in your FE!

Have any of you who have sailed before shipped a box to the ship? I see where you can do it with box having specific specs then they bring it to your stateroom. We are trying to maximize space and if this has worked in past for others it would help with fe gift space.

I have never personally done this, but all the reports I have read about it seem to be quite positive!

We are flying in late the night before and do not feel like driving to a hotel near the port that night. Any recommendations for hotel near the airport?

We have never stayed at an airport area hotel, but I have heard wonderful things about the Hyatt located right inside MCO.

Whew, stepped away from the internet for a little bit there, but now I'm back and ready to start the FE fun. Glad to see the list is completed - I was struggling trying to determine if I'd be crafting for 15 or 50 people!

Alas, I do not have access to a lot of fun tools that I'm seeing used to build some home-made FE gifts. (How DO people get customized decals/items printed up?! They're amazing!) Is it frowned upon to gift something that's pre-made or from the giver's hometown/state?

Happy to be back, let the fun begin!

Not frowned upon at all! In fact some of my favorite gifts have been items from hometowns and states!

I don't believe so. I had suggested we at least meet on embarkation day in case there are any stateroom changes that need to be communicated. Any changes brought to the meet, I will be more than happy to communicate to all staterooms for those who are not able to make it. If we do this, how about we plan on meeting near the Vista Cafe on Deck 4 around 3:00 p.m.? Would this work with everyone?

We can also plan a more relaxing meet as well...maybe late breakfast or early lunch on Nassau or Sea Day? Any other thoughts?
