Sure! Primarily what you have to do is upload the file to a photosharing website, like Flickr, Photobucket, etc. Most such sites allow you to open an account for free. Once the image is there, you have the option to copy a link for the image--either a Thumbnail link (which is like the one I posted), or a full size image link, or links for forums or html, etc.

Then you paste that link into a post here, and voila! :)

Hope you are able to do it--I'm always looking for more images for magnets :lmao:

Yea! Less than five months to go. Can't wait until the cruise. Please add us to the FE exchange Maureen.

Ok, will try Maureen!!! You are dealing with the technologically impaired here so we will see what happens! I am good with just copy and paste but that wouldn't work....

Will do! I will add you to the FB group now too, I didn't recognize your name when you sent me the add request :goodvibes

Woohoo! Just a little more than 4 1/2 months until we set sail! :cool1:

Anyone else starting to get excited?! Wondering if there are any more takers for the Fish Extenders--seems like kind of a small group so far...Anyone who wants to join the Facebook Group can send me a Private Message--Jessica has been kind enough to post several images to use as magnets :goodvibes

We are hoping to have our cruise paid in full by mid-October, and then just have to wait until November 20 or 21st (have to go back and check the date) to book our excursions and maybe Palo brunch or high tea. Still don't have a good plan for the excursions...Does anyone here have experience with the on and off Trolley in Key West? Also wondering if Nachi Cocum is going to be too quiet for my DS--thinking he may be bored there? :confused3 ?

What are you all doing to get ready for the cruise? popcorn::

Unfortunately we have to change the date of our cruise due to health issues with my Mother-in-Law. We will be cruising on the FANTASY on Nov 24th 2012!!! Its a long way off, but we are heading to Florida to bum around the parks at the end of Jan, so we will have a Disney fix this winter anyways.
Have a great cruise and say hi to Mickey for me!!!

I'm trying to get excited. I would feel better if I could find a good flight without breaking the bank. I think I will book by this Wednesday. I've been waiting for it to go down but it just keeps going up. We haven't done much planning yet. I did buy the new Passporter for the cruise. Has lots of info about excursions. We hope to pay for the cruise early too. Definitely want to book Palo for our anniversary dinner and brunch. The next couple of weeks will be crazy busy for us. We'll be visiting a few colleges for my daughter. Once that's done and the flight is booked my excitement will rev up. Oh and we do want to do the FE. Did I sign up? I'll have to check.

Sorry to hear about your Mother-in-Law--hope her health improves soon! We'll definitely say hello to Mickey for you :) I'm sure you'll have a great time on the Fantasy--is that the Thanksgiving cruise?

Maureen, I don't know if you already have this info or not but here's what it says about the trolley in the Passporter. The Old Town Trolley makes nine stops for $32/adults and 16/kids 3-9 - board near the dock. They also mention renting a scooter which looks like a blast.

Hi Maureen!

I just sent a request to be added to the fb group. Please let me in lol :worship:

I also got my Passporter about a week ago. I did take a peek online at the Old Town Trolley website and there was a kids free promotion at that time -- wonder if it will still be there in a few months?

Still debating on what to do in Cozumel & GC. DH & I scrapped the idea of a dolphin experience because our kids are pretty young. Hopefully in a few years we will try and have a dolphin experience when they are proficient swimmers. Debating doing a DCL excursion in GC (vs. doing Capt. Marvins or Nativeway on our own) because I'm freaked we'd miss the tender back to the boat.

Anyone thinking of doing Nachi Cocum?

And I am hoping that over the next few weeks we'll see some more trip reports from the Magic/Western Caribbean. I think I've read most of the ones on the DIS from last year!

Hoping my friend and her family will be joining us too -- they are still considering it.

Keep your eyes open for those pirate accessories post-Halloween everyone!

Hi Micheleq,
We are doing Nachi Cocum. We have DS 3 and DS 4 ( he will be close to 5 when we sail). we are also going with my parents. I thought NC would be calmer for them and have bathrooms/food/shade and such. Hope it will be good!

Hi Jessica,

Thanks for the scoop! It does sound like a good deal and a calm spot. I'm going to run it by DH and see if he agrees. Did you reserve your spots yet? Because it's Pres. Day week I'm thinking I should do this sooner rather than later. Just wondering how many ships will be in port that day. I know there's a website where you can check and see.

Michele

Hi micheleq,
My family is going to Nachi Cocom. We are a family of four-me, DH, DS (16), and DS (10). I wasn't sure about any of the other excursions and this seemed to offer alot for the money. My boys just enjoy being in the ocean so they really didn't need fancy water toys. I reserved our spots August 21st. Jessica and her family will be there also. I checked a website during the summer to see how many boats would be in Grand Cayman and Cozumel at the same time as our ship and it said five for each port. I can't remember what the site was though.

Well Dena this has me leaning towards Nachi Cocum as well then--if your DS (10) will be there and if he might be willing to hang around a bit with my DS (11) I would be much less worried that my guy would get bored. It does sound like a great deal. Maybe we can fill the spots with our Meet group :rotfl:

Think I will hustle over and sign up for that now...

Hello,
We booked it already. Never did get a confirmation through email but got a confirmation when we booked that gave the address and how muh we owned and all. I am going to email them and make sure we are all set. Looking forward to it!!!
Jessica

Nachi Cocom looks awesome. I may have to book it too. Though I'm still researching a swim with the dolphins excursion too.

msnoble,
I'm sure my son would love to have someone there around his age and it would make me feel better also. I think it would be fun to have a beach full of us from the Dis. :) This week went by so fast for me. Can't wait for the ticker to go down another month!

Dena

Hello fellow cruisers. Looking forward to our 8th trip on the magic. Would love to participate in the FE.
We have 3 adults (mom dad and Grammy)
3 boys aged 6,9,11
4 girls aged 7,9,11,13
I'll post rooms and who is in them once I double check ressies (6066 and thereabouts is roughly where we are)

One little thing I've found with FE's over the years is that it is helpful to designate delivery days. I'll abide by whatever rules are set but just making a recommendation :)
Also on occasion people get their cabins changed for whatever reason (upgraded, something wrong) and it's helpful for the FE leader to have a dry erase message board to note any cabin changes.
We usually bring items for the adults as well because aren't we all kids at heart :cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1:

Looking forward to a week of awesome relaxation!
