February 13 - 22 Crowds/Weather

Does anyone have an idea of the crowd size I can expect in the WDW parks from 2/13 thru 2/22? This time span includes Daytona, President's Day weekend and (I think) a twirling competition! Additionally, I'm not sure what type of clothing to pack--shorts, pants?

And don't forget the High School cheer competition Feb. 11-15 (info running on another thread). You'll start to notice an increase in crowds on Friday the 18th for President's Day weekend, the parks will be pretty crowded all weekend, then it will thin out again.
