February (12-19) Break - 1 week accomodation in Orlando

A neighbour of mine is selling February (12-19) Break - 1 week accommodation in Orlando. I don't know anything about the resort. PM me if you need an e-mail address.

If anyone is looking for a great deal for the Feb break, we have
an extra time share at Orange Lake Resort for the week of Feb 12-19. I
am going to unload it on Kijiji tomorrow but I just thought someone in
the neighborhood might already have Florida plans and might like to save
some money first. The retail value is over $1000 including tax, we are
selling for $350 (no tax). Sorry about the late notice but we just
decided to upgrade to a 2 bedroom at this resort given we will be there
for 13 days and we couldn't actually upgrade this week, we had to use an
extra banked week. This unit has a separate bedroom with a king size
bed and a queen size pull out in the living room so it is actually good
for 4.

The one-bedroom villa has all the space a new couple or family needs for
a comfortable vacation. The master features a king-sized bed, color
television and plenty of closet space. An extended bathroom includes a
separate vanity with ample cabinet and counter space.

Orange Lake Resort features a number of one-bedroom floor plans
constructed from 1982 to present. The floor plan above is typical of the
North Village one-bedroom villas at the resort, but the floor plan for a
particular unit may vary. Each villa shall have furniture, appliances,
equipment, and all accent furnishings substantially similar to, or of
equal or better quality to, those shown or used in the model or
descriptive materials.
