We made a surprise Feb visit a few years ago. My MIL was in the process of moving to Florida and needed our opinion on houses.
In between looking at houses we squeezed a day in at MK. It was a refreshing change. I do remember it being cold for there. Being from Minnesota and used to extreme cold, the 60's and 70's were wonderful. We wore jeans and sweatshirts or light jackets and were just right. If I remember right the days got warm towards the afternoon.
The crowds at MK were not bad. We traveled during President's weekend. I am not sure if we hit the park that Monday or not. Feb is not a very busy month except for the President's week.
Check to see when the NJ week is. I heard that it can be really nuts that week.
