Feb/Mar advice?

Hello Everybody!!

Woohoo!! My husband and I have decided to make another trip to DisneyWorld. My kids have been talking about it endlessly (when are we going back to WDW?). So we are thinking about going Feb.27-Mar.13. We have never gone at this time of year. We usually go in Sept. or Oct. which we have loved. My concerns are the weather, and the crowds. Disney is showing this as "peak" season. Does anyone know what I can expect for crowds at this time of year? The reason I chose those dates was, it is at the very end of President's week, and hopefully before most of the spring breaks in the US. Does anyone think this is a good time?

I hope it's a good time to go because we'll be there as well from March 5-12th. From what I've read, it shouldn't be too bad the dates you're there...I think the bigger crowds start to arrive mid-March. The way I look at it, it can't be any more crowded than it was 3 weeks ago when we were there...it was the most crowded I've ever seen and we still managed to have a fantastic time. We went this year the last week of Feb and 3 days in Mar. The crowds were really light and the weather was mixed. We had lots of pool days. Some rain but not heavy. It was a good time I thought. We walked on just about everything at MK. We did Peter Pan twice in a row first thing in the morning. Just walked right on.

On our honeymoon we were there for the better part of Feb and it was very wet lots of rain and very busy with presidents week. We were only there for a couple days in March but it was still quite wet but the weather was never really cold we did have Tornadoes go through the are during our stay to one passed only 8 miles from Disney.
