Feb half term?

Hi, I am thinking about a week in february half term 09, we can only go for a week in school holidays as we are away in September, I was wondering what crowds we can expect in february?

If it coincides with Presidents weekend (3rd Monday in Feb I think) then expect big crowds, but longer opening hours.
If your dates are outwith that time then not big crowds but parks close earlier.
