Feb. codes or BB offers?

I don't remember any great Feb. codes (I think it was free hoppers?). Are there any other "deal" out there historically? Also, if I purchase an annual pass this Sept., I guess that means the free hopper add on doesn't benefit me at all, right?

Or do you think there might be a great BB offer in my room that would cover Feb.?

I'm scheming up a surprise trip for my DD and am trying to decide if I should purchase an AP or will I be better off utilizing the usual early Feb. deals.

I don't have an answer for you, but I'm in the same boat. We'll be there in Sept, and I am also hoping for a BB that would apply to a Feb '09 trip. Hopefully we'll both get lucky.

I'm also contemplating APs for us too. Do you happen to know if I can upgrade our MYW passes to an AP before we leave WDW in Sept, or do I have to start from scratch?
