Feb. 28th Mardi Gras, duh, yikes!

I have my day MK planned for 2/28, FP booked , and then I saw on the crowd calendar that the 28th is Mardi Gras (I'm in New England so this is not on my radar)! However, the crowd calendar gives it a 5/10. We will be with our 4 year old. Our plan is to do rides in the morning, QS lunch, and one more FP ride before seeing the parade then leaving the park for the day. Should we really rethink this date or should we be OK? Thanks!

I wouldn't think MK would be a big deal for Mardi Gras. Maybe Epcot, since there's more alcohol there. Usually it affects Universal.

I live in Louisiana and will be there for our Mardi Gras break. We have been during Mardi Gras before and don't notice any kind of celebration at any park. The fact that Tuesday is MG day didn't even factor into my planning at all. So I wouldn't worry about it!

Universal does a Mardi Gras parade and concert series..I wouldn't worry about Disney at all
