Feb 28, 2013 Dream...Anybody Else Going?

They all seem kind of old...

That's just what I was thinking. But, I'm sure DS will want to see Wreck it Ralph again, and DD has already said she wants to see Frankenweenie and Brave. I haven't seen Lincoln yet, either, so maybe I'll watch that one myself :)

All those movies were on the ship last month accept the Avengers, which I have seen. But 3 times I have missed seeing Wreck it Ralph so I am hoping this time to catch it.

my problem is I tend to do other things on the ship like trivia or crafts and such so I often miss the movies. I figure if the time works out where I dont have an event on board I go see it other wise I'd rather do the ships events.

I can go see a movie or rent a movie about anytime from home.

I did see Brave last month after we got back on board from Nassau.
I thought it was a cute show.

The buzz is in the air! The excitement is growing! I wish I were going THIS Thursday and NEXT Thursday...LOL! Hey, I want it all. :rotfl:

It seems like forever for the cruise to get here but then the 3 days will fly by way too fast.:sad1:

Thats why I like to do 7 days when I can.

I really drag my feet getting back on board at CC because its the last time we will be getting back on the ship this trip.:rolleyes1

You are so right. The 3 day cruises really aren't long enough. They fly by!!

We did a 3 day because we didn't want to leave the kids for too long (we are taking this cruise for our anniversary). This will be the longest we have ever left them. While I am excited about the cruise, a part of me is stressing about leaving them but they will be in good hands with their Grandparents.

Howdy,

Nice to have a new family along.
I am Kathy, what is your name?

We have a meet the first afternoon at 3 p.m. in the Vista cafe on deck 4 mid ship.
Thats right above the atrium where you board the ship. Hope to see you there.

I am traveling with my son too but he is 30 years old, so only a kid to me:rotfl2:

Hubby is watching the dogs this time.;)

Kathy

My name is Connie...I think I am more excited than my little guy! I am looking forward to meeting everyone!

I know sometimes people other than all of us may be sitting at the Vista Cafe so I will post my photo so you can look for me.

I hope some of you may post a photo too. Next week I will try and say what clothes I will be wearing the first day so that may help everyone to spot others from our group.

Here i am in Disney Jail on the Dream. Its the most current photo I have, just taken last month. Hope this helps everyone ot spot me at the Vista Cafe.

We will be celebrating 18 years of marriage. You are so right, Grandparents are the best babysitters! My kids have two sets of amazing Grandparents.

Hi Allison,

I have been on 25 now too, 24 on Disney and 1 on Carnival.

No teens with me this time.
But come to out meet and maybe there will be some there or a mom who can tell you she has a teen on board.

Meet is the first day at 3 p.m. in the Vista Cafe deck 4, midship.
Everyone is invited to say hello!!

Hi...that would be great! We plan on being at the meet! :woohoo: How will I know you!?

Well, if things go as they have been the last week or so, I'll be the one walking in 10 minutes late with a whiny 5 year old attached to my leg and a sulking 13 year old trailing behind. LOL. (Hopefully, they won't be that way on the cruise. I think they're just ready for vacation, too. :goodvibes)

I do not know how to post pictures on here, and I don't really like having my family's pictures on a public board anyway, so that's not helpful. And I have no idea what I'll be wearing, so ... We'll all just have to find Kathy and huddle around her. :rolleyes1 (Thanks for posting your picture, Kathy.)

As long as I manage to make it to the meet, I think we'll be able to find each other. I know there are other 5-6 year olds on this cruise as well - they may be there as well. :goodvibes
