I was just wondering if anyone knows of something going on during this time. I checked the Anaheim Convention calendar and saw there is a golf group meeting. I also checked Anaheim's school calendar and it looks like they are in session. I was going to take my kids out of school for 2 days to go to DL hoping that it would be less crowded. When we were there after Christmas, my youngest couldn't even really do much in Fantasyland because it was so crazy. Any ideas? I just don't want to pull them out of school, drive down there, and it not be less busy for them. Thanks!

Hi! We went the last two years in a row at the end of February (about a week later than you, usually around Feb 26-Mar 1) and it was great alhtough rainy!!! If you go on the weekdays you should be fine and crowds should be low after President's Day week!! Try to go the following week, the lase week of February if you can!

Many schools (inlcuding ours) have the whole week, not just President's day off.

If you could switch it, I'd suggest doing Sat-Tues instead of Thur-Sun.

Thanks. I didn't know that schools had the whole week off. We're in the East Bay and we only have the Friday before President's Day and then President's Day. That's interesting to know.

The Tucson school districts have that weekend off for Rodeo Days. It's a very popular time for locals to go. We've gone before then and it seemed like 1/2 the park is Arizonans. :lmao: Anyway, I'd personally try to find another time to go if it were me. :confused3

So is it holiday time busy?

weird? We're in the East Bay too, and we have the whole week. West Contra Costa County.

We've gone Presiden't weekend before and it's been crowded but we've seen it worse in the summer. This is actually the first year we have the whole week off (first year in public schools) so I can't say about the whole week. We're expecting crowds but we're in desparate need of a DL fix, so we'll be there 2/23-25.

Our Spring Break is always the first week of April. I guess they figure that's all we get. However, we do get a Friday and Monday for President's Day. That's two days. If they'd add three more, it'd be nice to have a week off! We kind of follow the high school district which is Accalanes. I hope you guys have a great time. I guess we'll see if we can find a different time. My son is in seventh grade so I figure we only have one more year he can miss a day or two.
