I can't find decent rates for Feb. 11-14. I booked a midsize at Budget through Costco for $260 (even though I would prefer not to use Budget). I'd be interested in any codes or coupons anyone knows about. I've tried autoslash and carrentals.com and both are higher than my current rate.

I have a Full size (Ford Fusion) booked through Costco, also with Budget for $250 from Feb 25 to Mar 1. Not thrilled about budget but it was by far the cheapest. The same class at Alamo was about $100 more expensive. Rental car pricing is really high this year.

Me too. I did check Hertz and it was slightly lower than carrentals and costco FWIW . try? I'll keep searching for codes RENTALS are 2 damn high to visit i guess

I just checked Hertz and can save about $15 with the disboards code. I think Hertz is off airport. Wonder if there is anything about them that would make it worth taking a shuttle to pick up the car???

I check priceline and hotwire daily before my trip.
I will catch the price drop before it raises... most of the time the res is no money no credit card needed

Do you stick with the larger name rental companies or have you used any of the others?

Rates are really high this year. I haven't seen any movement in price on my dates Feb 20-25.

I do not care what company at the airport
I do not do the off site companies because I dont want the shuttle. We have before ( advantage) during spring break when the rates were crazy high, but not normally....
I looked and 400 a week is crazy high. Maybe you should try turo.com my ds25 uses them all the time I just have not... it's a car share rental site.. like airbnb for cars

Same for me. The $260 Budget Costco rate I got last week is now $310. Thankfully, I did book it at $260. I found a Hertz rate of $245 but I don’t think it’s worth it to travel offsite to save $15. Really high rates for 2/11-2/14.
