I was wondering the same thing. Where do we check for the codes? I thought I just checked here...is there somewhere else and do they give the code #s? Thanks for your help!

I'm going slightly crazy waiting for a code to be released. I have no idea how many times I check this thread every day.

I book through AAA also and generally for AAA there is a slightly different code. I have not had a problem the last 2 years applying it for the discount and the ticket upgrade. I usually save about an additional $200. Usually if I find the code on the DIS, I call my agent and she hasn't heard of it yet. This being said, I have never had a problem applying it. I have found with AAA it all depends on your agent. This is why I use one in NJ when I live in MI - I love my agent!

i see that you have stayed value and moderate and deluxe.....wondering if you can tell me any real difference in the actual rooms from value to moderate? i would appreciate the info. taking a family trip with 4 adults and 4 kids and wonder if we should stay mod just for the room? if any one else has an opinion on this feel free to put in your thoughts

I think it will come out soon. They've done discounts every year since 2006, I know for sure, because I've used a discount code every trip. They were a little later getting the FEB calendar out, so maybe they'll just be a little late with the code, too.

The Disney Visa card page is different.. they got rid of the Halloween advertisement and have the refer a friend thing up there now.

Dear LovinPooh, thank you so much. I went to your link and found they had my email address already. But I've never ever gotten an offer from them. Hopefully I will this time.

So remind me (I've never been to WDW), once you get the code, your old resort reservation doesn't mean anything because you sort of start over, right? I'm thinking of switching from the YC to the BC because we don't want any chance of renovations going on while we're there.

I go here for the Disney Visa promotions. The dining one was on here immediately. I got an email from Chase the day after they posted it on their site.

I'm thinking that they may wait till after the election now. I would be surprised if we see the codes tomorrow. But I don't have a head for business so I'm just guessing here.

Maybe they will tie it in with the election...... Like a "vote for your favorite Disney Character" type of thing, and then those who voted for the winning character get a free trip. And those who voted for the runner's up get varying discounts based on who they voted for and where that character ranked.

Yeah right. I am agreeing that it will probably be after the election at this point. But, if there is anyone from Disney reading this, and you want a new marketing/PR person, I am more than happy to send you my resume. More great promo ideas where that one came from......
