We appreciate your inquiry. Our new manager in charge of programming is working to enable the cash out process. It is extremely important that before we pay any member that we have a transaction record. We do fully intend to honor every valid point earned by members. If you have a record of missing points that were not replaced, please forward a copy to us for our record so that we can ensure they are available once the cash out procedure begins. We do thank you for your inquiry and hope to have cash outs enabled soon.
