Fear of Heights/Falling..on rides..

I ain't a big ride person..I like thrills but I freak with heights..I really would like to overcome this..anyone else like this and what do you do to help you cope lol..

(when I went on Everest last year I thought I was gonna croak lol)

wish I could help, I get anxious on splash mountain

I don't mind fast rides, it's those that have drops that bother me

I am the queen of height freakin' outs. The only ride I will not do is Tower of Terror. But everything else is fine.

I cannot go higher than 3rd balcony and looking down without a major shudder and freak out. But rides are different (Disney rides ONLY).
