FEA with PPO

Currently we have a PPO at Akershus at 8 and one at 9:20. The only ride my daughter wants to go on at epcot is fea. We have Very diverse group going. Grandma (65) hates thrill rides. Grandpa (67) lives thrill rides. Wife is pregnant with #4, so can't do any thrill rides. I love all rides. Son is 5 and 45 inches, loved thrill rides 4 year old daughter is 40 inches and she is undecided. 2 year old daughter is 30 inches, so can't do much. The grand parents definately like to enjoy their meals and probably aren't going to want to rush the princess experience (my daughter also loves Belle and Ariel) to ride a ride. We have a fast pass for fea at 3:00, but i would prefer to change it to soarin' or test track for more adventurous folks in the group.

What would be the best course of action? 8 am ppo therm hope everyone eats fast enough to get on fea before the crowds or......rope drop and try to beat the crowds to fea and go to breakfast after? Ideally i would want to change my fea fastpass to soaring, but is that possible the day of?

If you pay for your 8:00 breakfast as soon as you are seated, you'll be able to leave Akershus and get in the FEA line before the rope drop crowd. The 8:00 breakfast is more advantageous than rope drop with the mass of guests.

Another thing to consider for FPs, use Rider Swap and you'll double up FPs for the thrill rides. Any 3 riders ride on the Swap without the need for FPs - so book FPs for 1/2 your party and then 3 Swap riders ride. Example: GPa and DS FP Soarin' and you, DS and DD ride on the Swap.

You and DD FP Test Track and then GPa, DS and DD (or you) ride on the Swap.
