Do FEA FPs still start at 11 or are they available starting at park open now?

I've been wondering myself. I know for sure it was 11:00 at the start but then I thought I'd heard some say they got them prior to 11:00 quite recently. But the reports have been too rare for me to be certain they are issuing them before 11:00

That's been what I've seen as well. I suppose it's unlikely that I'll be able to get anything before 11 anyway since we're only going for a week but it would be nice to know.

It's 9 am for both standby and FP
