FEA FP+ available for park opening

FEA FP+ will now be available earlier than 11 a.m.

That messes with my plans!

It’s had that earlier availability for the last couple of weeks.

Reported and updated in the FP FAQ. No one with a PPO Akershus ADR has reported any problems.

I guess that makes morning EMH more attractive now.

Hmmm....I wonder if FP availability will start at 9 a.m. every day OR if FPs will available from park opening. Like the last week of the year there are some days where it is open at 8:00 a.m. (not magic hours).

Has anyone had luck switching their existing FEA fastpass to a morning time slot?

There have been morning slots available prior to this blog post announcing them.

I only have an open 7-day window, but there have been open 10:00a slots.

Yeah, nothing for am my 12/18 day at Epcot. And yes, I even moved my morning fastpasses to other times of day to open up that 9-11am window for searching. But, I've got one for after dinner (I tried to modify it) that I'm happy with so can't complain!

Yeah, I understand why they'd do it, so I'm only tongue in cheek joking about boo and hiss. But it was always great to have part of our Epcot planning to be able to hit FEA whenever we wanted before about 10:30am and have little to no wait. That's a bummer, but not a majorly big deal.

They just opened a ton of time slots for FEA on Dec 18th.

As I type this they are available 9:30, 9:50 and 10:35.

Haha, that was my initial reaction at first too! Curious to see how this affects the rope drop mad dash. We are rope dropping it in late January (not running to it, mind you), as we wanted to use FP for Soarin later in the day.
