FEA Advice

Mid November on a Tuesday, our Epcot FP+ are: 9 - 10 Living with the Land, 10 - 11 Soarin', 11-12 Mission:SPACE, then hoped to get FEA 4th FP+ for anytime later that day. Here is my two part question:
1) What are our chances for FEA 4th FP+?
2) I am reading that FEA standby is reasonable from 9 - 11 am. Could we make FEA at rope drop and get back to the Land by 10 am to catch the end of our first FP+ or could we make it between our first and second FP+ by hitting Living with the Land right at 9 and getting back to Soarin' by 11. I know that is alot of walking right at the start of our long day.

Well, you probably won't even need a Fast Pass for Living with the Land at 9 to 10 AM on most days. The waits will be extremely low during that time unless it is exceptionally busy. I would definitely try to rope drop FEA because it will build a long line quickly. I usually think it is better to FP FEA and rope drop Soarin' but I doubt you'd be able to switch that now (you could check). A 4th FP for FEA is not likely, but also not 100% impossible. I wouldn't count on it though.

1. Chances of a 4th FP+ are so-so. Not horrible, but not a certainty either. If you do a lot of refreshing, you very well may get one.

2. Yes, the standby line for FEA between 9 and roughly 10am is very reasonable. If you head there right at 9am, I'd bet your wait will be less than 10-15 minutes tops. It's 100% standby, and unless the ride breaks, it moves people through pretty quick. As BrianL said, Living With the Land is a short line anyway, so even if you miss your FP+, which I highly doubt you would, you could still do it standby with no trouble. My guess, and it's just based on experience...not a guarantee...is that if you go right to FEA at 9am, you should be at Living with the Land by 9:30-9:40am at the latest.

How big is your party? If it’s small you’ll have a better chance of getting FEA. If it’s large, plan to break it up. I had success getting last minute FPs for Soarin and Illuminations (very late in the day) by breaking up my party of 5 and refreshing a lot.

Thank you very much for your responses. We will rope drop FEA! We are only a party of two, Soarin' is our #1 priority, and Living with the Land was only a "filler" FP+. We will just see what is available for our 4th FP+ at 11am for fun. I am so glad that I read here that FEA opens at 9am!
