FE gift tag help

HI!! we are going on a disney cruise soon and i was packaging my fish extender gifts and was wondering if anyone can make me up a gift tag that i can attach to them saying

with a picture of mickey and some characters on it
(maybe with a cute border if possible )
it only needs to be a couple inches being that its a gift tag maybe 2x3 or so
