Hi Guys,

As some of you know, I have been joyfully booking my PS's for our trip in October.

The next date to book was the FDP for Mon 24th Oct.

My question is though, is it really worth it at this time of year? We DO want to see Fantasmic, but I'm pretty certain after reading some of these threads that we should still get in anyway.

We dont want to book a big sit-down meal, when we have only allowed 1 day at MGM and the parade and shows are a MUST-DO. We would rather grab something to eat quickly in between rides/shows/parades, as opposed to being tied down to a certain time.

Our theory is, if Fantasmic is going to be on around 7:30pm, we would have no worries starting queuing at 6ish. We dont have babies or toddlers with us.

We would rather spend more time in the park than sitting down eating.

Any thoughts???

End of October can be busy-ish, due mainly to the Food and Wine Festival in Epcot. However, I think you should have no problem getting in to Fantasmic if you're prepared to sit for an hour and a half before the show.

On the other hand, instead of sitting for an hour and a half in the Fantasmic stadium, you could be eating a meal in a nice restuarant for an hour and then only sitting for half an hour in Fantasmic ;)

Another way to do it would be to take a snack in with you to eat during your waiting time, or to buy something from the many vendors in the stadium.

Thanks Hilary, I hear what you are saying but what worries me is that there seems to be posts saying that PS's for FDP end at around 4:30pm, in which case we'll miss the parade and I cant do that!!

I didnt know that Fantasmic is in a stadium with food vendors etc.
That seems like a really good idea to get there early and eat inside and wait. We would have had a very busy day in MGM anyway and a sit-down with a burger for an hour sounds good to me!!
