Faxing Room Requests ???'s for Newbie-

We are arriving at CBR on 9/6 (Saturday). When should I send in request? How do I find fax # ? Any other info that needs to be included other than reservation #, names, dates, request?

Oh yeah-and the most important question-we did not book through WDW Travel-can we still make requests?

Here is the template I got from someone else. Make sure you list your preferences in the order that is most important to you. I have sent mine 3 days before arrival. I have also called and had them note the most important 2 requests on the reservation.
I have gotten my requests 95% of the time.

Make sure you call wdw and have all your requests listed on your reservation.

There was a post this morning where someone mentioned that they were asking people to prioritize when they added requests to their reservation so they knew where the importance was.

I have never faxed in a request (never knew about it unitl this year) and have never had a problem having the requests on my reservation getting met.
