I used that number (407-824-3232) as well. I read that you should fax your room request by 8:30 am 3 days before your arrival, so that's what I did. We were arriving on 5/5, and I faxed it at 8 am on 5/2. I also called the front desk (407-824-3200) later that afternoon to make sure they received it, and they had.

I requested a room with bunk beds overlooking the otter pond. We checked in about 9 am on the 5th, and the room was exactly what we had requested and was ready for us. The room was great, we could see the otters swimming in the pond twice while we were there. We could also see the Contemporary and the lake. Our room number was 6024. The room was very clean, and everything (bedspreads, carpets, curtains, etc) looked new.
