Favourite unique cocktails?

.... Preference to the unique things it might be hard to find elsewhere....

I'll echo some of the others and recommend Tipsy Ducks, Lapu Lapu (it is served in a pineapple), some of the margaritas at La Cava are unique combinations and Grand Marnier slushy.

DH likes Kilkenny beer from the outdoor beer cart at Raglan Road. It's hard to find in the US.
I had an African Starr mojito from Sanaa that is made with tangerine liqueur that was very good. I also like to try Epcot festival offerings since a lot of them are unique. We usually go during F&W and F&G. I also like the Bloody Marys at Dawa, but they have been changing over the years. They are a good spicy bloody mary though.
