My DH & I are headed to DL in the fall. Last time we were there we were to full to try a lot of the delicious looking snacks. I'm just wondering what everyone's favourite snacks are? Ours are the dole whip float & of course churros. I also really want to try a mint julep & the beignets. We are looking for any other suggests. Also, if anyone from Canada is ready this, are beignets similar to Timbits?

I have so many! It sort of depends on the time of day and where we are. Love the Dark Chocolate Rocky Road that's made fresh at the Candy Palace on Main St. I usually buy it the first day of the trip and enjoy some each morning with my coffee. It's heavenly.

For some reason we always grab an icy cold Coke and popcorn over by NOS. Just seems to be our thing.

The Mickey beignets are amazing!

Corn dogs from the Little Red Corndog Cart are good anytime.

Dole Float as you mentioned usually while in the Tiki Room. Bengal BBQ skewers are so good too. The bacon wrapped asparagus is delicious and I'm not a huge bacon person except on certain items.

Caramel apples from Pooh's Corner. :thumbsup2

Those are all in Disneyland. At DCA:

The Cozy Cone in Carsland sells this yummy chicken chili verde cone. We like to share that.

Mickey ice cream bars.

Lobster nachos at the Cove Bar.

Margaritas on the pier and of course sourdough bread in the same area.

Oh geez! Snacks...mmm. Yes, my favorite is the dole whip float. Also love churros, the corn dogs from the little red wagon, mint julep and mickey beignets for sure at the mint julep bar, anything from pooh corner, funnel cakes at hungry bear, ice cream sundae at ghirardelli, milkshake at taste pilot's grill.

#1 would be a Dole whip float with rum (found one in Epcot during the Flower and Garden Festival....on my birthday no less!). #2 would be, if you can call it a "snack", a turkey leg! My family of four usually gets one to pick apart so in that sense it is a snack for all of us. And then there's always the irresistible popcorn.

My favorite snacks are found outside in DTD - Caramel Flavored Kettle Corn and the beignets served at Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen Express.

My family and I have tried those Mickey beignets forn in NOS, but for us, they pale in comparison to those in DTD.

Well you've already tried the dole whip and the churros... a third "classic" for us is the frozen bananas! They're so yummy!

It is exactly what it looks like, a frozen banana covered in chocolate and peanuts. Sounds simple, but sooo yummy!

If you're gonna go for it, remember to let it thaw for about a minute or so (if you can resist! ) because it's really hard right out of the freezer.

For our next trip we're dying to try Red’s Apple Freeze @ Cozy Cone Motel... people here have described it as a "frozen caramel apple" (it's a frozen slushie drink)

Also, the lobster nachos @ Cove Bar sound amazing. :goodvibes

Churros, caramel and dark chocolate covered Marshmallow Wand from Marceline's, Apple Pie caramel apple, and the Old West Cinnamon Roll from the kiosk in DTD... but it wasn't there 2 weeks ago. :(

Oh, I forgot to add... the new snacks for the Adventureland "JuJu" thing (I dunno what it's called officially  ) seem interesting... something called "venomade" (which is a sour apple drink with pomegranate popping boba, yum!) and a pineapple parfait!

My family likes to graze our way through DL and DCA instead of big meals.....so we love our snacks! I know I will forget something!

DD and I have made a lunch out of a Dole Whip Float and a Matterhorn Macaroon from the Jolly Holiday....can't go wrong with pineapple and coconut together!!!

Mickey Pretzels! Both the classic and Jalapeño versions.

Asparagus Skewers from the Bengal BBQ.

Beignets from Ralph Brennan's Express in DTD....they are the best! I am from Canada and no not like a Tim Bit....better! More bread-like and slightly chewy. Recomend the DTD version.

Corn Dogs at the Corn Dog Castle in DCA....we actually had to hunt down the cart in DTD in DW to get a close version for DS.

Chili "Cone" Quesso in Carsland....this was a big lunch for me.

Of course Mickey Bars, popcorn and churos are reliable standbys.....I do not know what they do to their popcorn...but it only tastes that good at Disney!

Mickey bars for me, though a lot of that has to do with childhood memories. For as long as I can remember Mickey bars=trip to Disney (World when I was a kid, Land now)

There's some restaurants we want to eat meals at, especially as my DH has only been once. We are gonna do a light breakfast & than graze for lunch & do late dinners. Hopefully we will get more snacks in this way.

My current favorites are Tigger tails from pooh corner and Matterhorn macaroon from jolly holiday! Had both for the first time on our last trip and can't wait to have them again!

This is good info. I love beignets, but they're better when they're done right. Port Orleans French Quarter at WDW make them really awesome. I'm hoping to find the same at DL. After what you said, I'm guessing that will be at Ralph Brennan's Express.

We used to get the chocolate covered bananas, so yummy, but my girls developed a moderate peanut allergy and we don't want to push it over the edge. Especially at Disneyland.

what is this juju thing? i haven't heard of it, is it new?
