Growing up I used to read the Saturday comics when I was a little girl and my favorite comic was always The Family Circus because it was so cute and the little girl and boy "Dolly And Billy" were so adorable and full of funny things and for a short time The Family Circus was popular and even had computer games like Our House which taught you about how things worked in houses in history lessons and a language learning series called Lyric Language which had The Family Circus teach you different languages through music and songs and was also cute. I also liked For Better Or For Worse because it was so funny too

i also liked that we saw a family and their friends age and experience life in real time over the course of 19 years. it's touched allot of people's lives-it's not often a comic strip gives birth to a charity yet this one did and their 'farley foundation' helps allot of people and pets (i just re-read the strips that dealt with farley's death-still brings tears to my eyes).

Do you remember Hi And Lois? Hi And Lois was another cute comic and so much fun to read. But the other famous comic strip that is very famous other than Peanuts was Dennis The Menace and Dennis The Menace was so famous he became the star of Dairy Queen and had his own live-action sitcom in the 60's and had an animated cartoon in 1985. It's a shame that you don't see cute comics like Peanuts The Family Circus Dennis The Menace and other comic strips today because I think comics changed their image as time went on

My cousin used to like reading Calvin And Hobbes comics and he actually had books of Calvin And Hobbes on his bookshelves and my aunt liked reading them too as well but she couldn't pronounce Hobbes but she thought Calvin And Hobbes was funny too. My dad collects comic strip books and he has a lot of The Far Side books and Dilbert books and Garfield books. My mother likes Blondie comics and I gave her a whole big book of Blondie comics for her birthday once and she liked it and she also likes Peanuts comics too because Lucy is her favorite character
