WOW. I love them all. I don't think there is a land with a ride I don't like. I guess my list would look like this:
Main Street - Emporium
Adventureland - Tiki Birds
Fantasyland - Winnie The Pooh
Frontierland - Splash Mountain
Liberty Square - The Haunted Mansion
Tomorrowland - Buzz Lightyear/COP
Toontown Fair - Goofy's Barnstomer

I love all of the Magic Kingdom. It is so hard to choose just one from each land, but here it goes,

Main Street – Walking down and the site of the castle taking in all the smells.
Adventureland - Pirates
Fantasyland - Ok I will admit it It's a Small World.
Frontierland - Country Bear Gotta love those bears
Liberty Square – Haunted Mansion
Tomorrowland – Buzz
Toontown – Mickey
