Favour Disaster!

Ladies, I need your help! I went to do my favours over the Christmas break..... and they looked AWFUL. It was supposed to be a candle with a customized wrapper thing. It looked SO cheap and I am really disappointed

So now I'm back to square one and needing help/ideas.

If you could give me some ideas, or post some photos I'd really appreciate it!

We did boxes with milk chocolate truffles in them.

DH's family is into golf (his grandfather played in the pros for ever) so we did personalized golf tees:

i then stuck mickey heads at the end of the ribbons

I used our engagement pics for our favors. I'm big on pictures and I wanted something that I know people would keep and not just stick it somewhere they will never see or use it or worse throw it away.

I bought these cute picture frames from favorwarehouse.com..great prices. The organza bags from some website I forget..I just googles organza bags and found a site that sells them..and the tags were from myweddinglabels.com.

Everybody loved our favors and when I go to people's houses they have them in the house on display lol.

Those are so cute Toni! I think it's such a nice personal touch because Bobby drew the cartoon. Your favors rule lol! Very unique.

We are doing a "donation favor." My dad passed away last year frmo a rare form of dementia, and so we are kaing a donation to the Alzheimer's and Dementia Foundation, in our guests' honor. At each place setting we will have some kind of candy/sweet wrapped up with a note saying " A donation on your behalf ahs been made to xxxxxxx charity. Please enjoy the evening knowing you've made someone else's life a little sweeter."

Sorry no pic yet- we aren't getting married until Oct

I also like the donation idea. I think that is a sweet thing to do especially when the charity is close to your heart.
