Favors, Unity Candle, etc.

Just wondering if you have to buy favors, bubbles, unity candle, etc. from Disney or one of their vendors or if you can buy those things on your own and bring them yourself? If you can, is there a way to get them to someone to have each item put in place? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you can buy these things on your own, and ship them to your coordinator and he/she will make sure they are where you need them to be. Of course, you may have to pay a "set-up" fee...just make sure to coordinate it all with your coordinator.

We made/brought all of our "extras" and we did not pay anything to have them set them up. I boxrd everything and had instructions and drawings for everything and where is was to go and how ( I am an anal perfectionist). The day before the wedding we met with our EM and went over everything one last time.

Everything was just the way it was supposed to be on our wedding day!

I'm wondering if anyone has had luck finding the Disney Unity Candles online? I found a couple but they're all gold-tone and my colors are pink and platinum. Anyone know any good sites? It's refreshing to know we won't have to drag all that stuff with us!
