Favorite Week VS Small Contract

I personally think having a fixed week makes a contract less appealing on the resale market... If that week doesn't work for someone, they are not going to buy it...

That said, if you don't care about selling, fixed weeks can be tremendously helpful...

Keep in mind, you can cancel my fixed week at anytime and use the points as normal. It’s an addition, not subtraction

That is true but for a buyer who sees it may not understand all of that and it still requires an extra step.

Unless it’s a popular week one is getting, or is choosing one they really will use occasionally, I also don’t see it’s going to be seen as a plus.
