Ten day forecasts are pretty useless...try looking about 3 days before your trip.

I posted this suggestion a while ago. Everyday there are weather questions, there should be a sticky thread with links to the weather forecast.

I also agree with 10 day forecasts being inaccurate. The weather cannot be accurately predicted for more than 3-5 days out. It is a waste of time as so many people post about the 10 day forecast not being perfect.

If anyone uses Firefox as a browser i like forecastfox which is an extension for Firefox that puts the weather in your toolbar.

I like this one for planning trips...

... mainly because of the historical information they have. If you go to the Trip Planner, you can put in your dates of travel and it'll give you the probability of certain weather conditions occurring based on the past 5 or 6 years.

But for general weather information, I stick to weather.com.
