Resorts or the parks, looking for your favorite photo locations and maybe examples! I will be traveling with my service dog and want to take some memorable photos of her!

Hi,

Not sure I am going to be of assistance here with specifics [or pics], but I'd be glad to give some info and advice. So just about everywhere in WDW is awesome for Photos, IMO. Might I suggest pics of Pluto w your pup!! That would be soo kewl!! You also have your basics, pics in front of the Castle, EPCOT ball [Spaceship Earth], etc. For resorts I find that The Poly, Beach and Yacht Club(s) and Port Orleans, IMO offer the most scenic views.

Might i also suggest a theme photo op like a 'pup around the world' ?? I.E. take your dog around the countries of EPCOT and get pics with either a cast member and/or with something iconic, from each Country [like the living statue in France, the photobooth in London or the Troll in Norway]? I always like to 'theme' up a visit, especially if I am in a rut with my photography [such as pics of attraction signs or only Mickey colors or something like that?]. Hmmm, this might make an interesting post??? LOL

Anyway, I am certain there are far better photographers here that can provide some awesome specific examples and I hope this gets the thought process flowing [for you and them!]. Please post your pics once you return as I would love to see them! All my best and...

Kungaloosh!

I'm a bit strange and like the iconic photo spots in front of MK Train station, infront of the 'globe' at epcot. the tree at AK. I tend to stay away from Hollywood studios so i cannot help in that regard.
Oddly a Busy Disney Transport bus has been a good selfie spot :P

I'm thinking a pic. of her next to the Tree of Life could be fun. Especially if you could make it seem like she's part of the tree.

How about the character meet and greets? I think one would Chewy would be awesome!

I don't know if this is your first trip or not but if you see a possible good shot stop and take it then and there! The iconic locations are great but so are the everyday WDW scenes such as cast members on the job; children playing in water features and queue scenes such as in Peter Pan. If you can include your dog viewing the same scene that's even better. Have a CM or someone else take a picture of you and your dog when possible; people are usually very willing to take pictures of you with your phone/camera and may offer without you even asking!

For more inspiration view the different photograpy threads posted in this forum and those in the Theme Parks Community photo threads. We have some wonderful, creative people who have opened my eyes to amazing things I would never have noticed!

And be sure to post a picture of you and your loyal friend when you return!
