Favorite WDW commercial

I just remembered another one from a few years back. A couple in their 60's is rushing out the door to catch a plane when the phone rings. You see and hear the woman having a conversation on the phone...no, honey. You can't come with us. What would your family say...... She eventually hangs up, and the camera shifts to her adult male son sitting at his work desk, staring at a framed picture of Mickey! Does anyone remember that one? It was so funny!

Thanks for all your posts. They've been fun to read. I'd forgotten some of them. And I too love the "little souvenir one"!

I LOVE the glass slipper one! I think it was soooo touching! It gave me tears the 1st time! It was so sweet. I also like the one with the married couple, where she sounds like she is unhappy! "you don't talk to me in that special voice anymore ;-( And he turns over and starts talking like Donald! I love it!

My favorite is definitely the "little souvenir" one. I also like the spelling bee as I find myself singing along with all the adults on the commercial.

I love the spelling bee one and the little souvenior one. I also like the one where the little boy is talking non stop through the park and when he sees Mickey Mouse for the first time he doesnt know what to say, he is speechless.

My daughter's favorite - the glass slipper proposal "he gave me a shoe!" In fact, we were talking about not seeing the commercial and hoped to catch it on our next trip in May when we were at the mall one afternoon. Of course, we stopped by the DS and on the screen was the commercial! The two of us had to stop and gush like we've never seen it before!!!!!

My son's favorite - the 35th year old man at his desk with the parent's saying you can't go this trip. He seriously believes he will one day be in that very same position!

My favorite - the "little souvenir!" It is just way too cute!

My favorite is with the little girl and her grandfather who says he can't hear too well, and she goes and buys him a pair of Mouse Ears so he can hear better.

I also like the one from a few years ago with the older child teaching the younger child how to pack for a Disney Vacation, and the little girl who is so disappointed that she hasn't seen Mickey yet, and then "there he is", and the parents talking on the phone with their son telling him he can't go this time, and it turns out the "kid" is their adult son. I also like the Spelling Bee and the one with Walt's Parents finding his drawings.

The 3 I don't care for are the one with the grandfather's birthday and the kid reads him Peter Pan, the one with the middle aged couple in bed, and the one with the Glass Slipper Proposal. That one is, without a doubt my least favorite. I just want to slap that girl silly!

I love the one with the couple talking in bed (I think they are the same ones in the new "suck in the gut for Cindy" commercial), and the wife says her husband doesn't talk to her the way he used to. So he does--in the Donald Duck voice.

I just love the one with the little girl who gets the Cindy costume. It just melts my heart. My 2 DD have been asking can they have a Cindy costume for when we go, even before the comercial.

I haven't seen the shoe one, is it new?

dzneprincess, you named my favorite one! That married couple in bed is the best . It's so sad at first, I really thought they were talking about ending their marriage. The way she says they have changed, "they don't communicate the way they used to, he doesn't speak in that special way anymore." Only for it to end with him rolling over and start talking donald duckish to her... it's the best!

My dad has always talked to my Mom that way, that's probably why I like the commercial so much!

I love the one where they show a guy sitting on a bench...and they say something like "the best thing to sharing WDW to your son...is to show it to your little sister and they pull the camera out and its a teeanage guy sitting on the bench with his little sister watching FITS. It still gets me all choked up now...maybe b/c I have an older son and a younger daug.

For me the souveneir one cracks me up. That one could make me crack a smile even on my worst day. The next is the guy talking to his like Donald.....

Like lvont, I love the one where you think itas a father/daughter sharing a moment at the fireworks, but then they show it from the front and its a teenage boy and his little sister. That one just gets me crying because I want my three kids to be like that!!

Even my kids love that. They were talking about it one day and I realized they had no idea what it REALLY meant, lol.

Their fave is the one with the 2 kids in bed giggling and the parents tell them to calm down and go to sleep. The adorable little boy says "but we're too excited to sleep!". Then the mom asks the dad what's wrong and he says he's too excited to sleep too. (This one is on our vacation planning video and my kids watch it over and over. I've said that is how we will all be in LESS THAN 2 WEEKS!!!!)

I also liked the one with the little boy getting ready and climbing into the car and saying it's time! when the parents alarm goes off.

Anybody remember the one with the two brothers about 6 & 3 packing for the trip and the older one is giving advice ...

in real life Goofy is HUGE... Goofy could beat up DAD!

then he ends by saying your gonna love it .. it really brings out the kid in you!

The DCL one with our little souveneir cracks me up. I will stop what I am doing to watch that commercial every time.

I also like the middle aged man sucking in his gut to impress Cinderella.
